Callaway Epic Max driver. The clubface, created by Artificial Intelligence (AI), through machine learning. This uniquely different face, which incorporates the previous jailbreak technology through stiffening the face with vertical direction. Now also sees strength in the horizontal and torsional directions. Allowing the golfer to achieve greater ball speeds at impact which makes the ball fly further for longer distances from the tee.

The Artificial intelligence with design flash face works with the jailbreak speed frame. Promoting effortless speed but across a more expansive area of the face so on a mishit. So  it still goes. The face and head geometry enhanced in the Epic Max driver. The super-strength titanium promotes exceptional speed, but forgiveness and spin robustness on every hit.

This is the most forgiving and ‘MAX’ Epic driver to date. Starting with the lighter, stronger triaxial carbon material that saves over 19 grams of weight over standard titanium. The Callaway gurus have redistributed that saved weight to promote more speed which is a given. With high launch and more forgiveness that every golfer has come to expect. The EPIC MAX driver benefits from an adjustable perimeter weighting system with a 17-gram sliding weight. Which allows you to set it exactly where you want it to promote a draw, fade or a straight ball flight. So you choose your own shot pattern depending on your own game. All this combined with the OptiFit hosel, The Epic Max driver provides up to 20 yards of shot shape correction.

As well as greater distance, this club is also very forgiving for those off-centre strikes. The weight has been moved within the head to give a higher MOI (Moment of Inertia) which gives the exceptional forgiveness we are all after. This is further enhanced by the advanced head shape of the club. A combination of a deep centre of gravity, draw bias and higher MOI all add up to a tighter downrange dispersion.
